This paper presents a comprehensive study on the structural reliability assessment of tubular T-joints under axial brace loading in offshore structures. The investigation combines numerical modeling and experimental analysis to understand behavior these joints assess their integrity. Based Hot sport stresses joints. reveals that region experiences higher stress concentrations compared cord region, with maximum observed at 90-degree position. Experimental results confirm trends, although slight discrepancies exist between concentration factors (SCFs), percentage difference about 12 percent average for both Chord Brace. likely cause this is due Fabrication imperfections limitation terms Mesh size part software. findings contribute knowledge T-joint have implications designing mitigation measures.
